- 12 oz Chinese noodles or spaghetti
- ½ lb ground pork
- 3 tbsp tahini or sesame paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp Sichuan peppercorns (ground)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ya cai (Sichuan preserved vegetables)
- ¼ cup green onions and crushed peanuts
How to Make It

Make sauce: whisk tahini, soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar, garlic, Sichuan pepper, and sugar. Thin with warm water to a pourable consistency.

Cook noodles al dente. Drain and rinse.

Cook pork in a wok until crispy and browned. Add ya cai and cook 1 minute.

Divide noodles into bowls. Spoon sauce over noodles.
