- 6 large apples (Granny Smith or Braeburn, peeled and sliced)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 tbsp cold butter (cubed)
How to Make It

Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread in a 9x13 baking dish.

Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter cubes and rub together with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs with some pea-sized pieces.

Spread crumble evenly over the apples.

Bake 35–40 minutes until the topping is golden and the apple juices are bubbling around the edges.
