  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed very dry)
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • ¾ cup Gruyère or mozzarella (shredded)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

How to Make It
