- 1 lb linguine
- 1 ½ lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 clove garlic (thinly sliced)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
How to Make It

Cook linguine al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook 1 minute.

Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp.

Add wine and lemon juice to skillet. Cook until reduced by half, about 3 minutes.

Return shrimp and add pasta. Toss with pasta water as needed to create a saucy consistency.
