- 1 lb tomatillos (husked and halved)
- 2 jalapeño (halved)
- 1 onion (quartered)
- 4 clove garlic
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup white rice (cooked, for serving)
- 4 flour or corn tortillas (optional, for serving)
How to Make It

Broil tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, and garlic on a foil-lined baking sheet 5-7 minutes until charred.

Blend charred vegetables with cilantro, lime juice, cumin, broth, and salt until smooth.
