  • 1 cup San Marzano tomatoes (crushed by hand)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella (sliced)
  • ½ cup fresh basil (leaves)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp salt

How to Make It

    Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Preheat to highest setting (500-550°F) for at least 30 minutes.
