- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 celery (stalk, finely diced)
- 2 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
- 4 split-top hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
How to Make It
