Lamb Kebabs

Juicy spiced ground lamb skewers grilled to perfection and served with tzatziki.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 ½ lb ground lamb
  • ½ onion (grated)
  • 3 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 pita bread (for serving)
  • ½ cup tzatziki (store-bought or homemade)

How to Make It

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Divide into 8 portions. Shape each around a flat metal skewer into a log shape.

    Grill over high heat 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.

    Serve with warm pita, tzatziki, and a simple salad.
