Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin (thinly sliced against the grain)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or more coconut aminos)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
How to Make It
- 1
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 2
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat until very hot. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Sear beef in a single layer — do not stir for 1 minute until browned. Flip and cook 30 seconds more. Remove to a plate.
- 3
Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry broccoli over high heat for 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- 4
Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds. Return beef to the pan, pour sauce over everything, and toss to coat. Cook 1 minute.
- 5
Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over cauliflower rice for a fully keto meal.
