- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 cup whole milk (warmed)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup sharp cheddar (shredded)
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook macaroni 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and set aside.
