  • 6 oz feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
  • ½ green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 crusty bread (for serving)

How to Make It

    Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
