  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

How to Make It

    Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side up and cook 4 minutes until golden.

    Flip and cook skin-side down 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan.

    Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cook 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add lemon juice, zest, and thyme. Stir to combine.
