- 4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1 cup whole milk (warm)
- ½ cup butter (softened, divided)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 ½ tbsp cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make It

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with 1 tsp sugar. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix in eggs, sugar, 1/4 cup butter. Add flour and knead 8-10 minutes until smooth. Rise 1 hour.

Roll dough into a 16x12" rectangle. Spread with remaining softened butter.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over dough.

Roll up tightly from the long side. Cut into 12 equal rolls.

Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
