  • 2 romaine lettuce (hearts, chopped)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 3 slice crusty bread (cubed for croutons)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper

How to Make It

    Toss bread cubes with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Toast in a 375°F oven 10-12 minutes until golden.

    Whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire.

    Stir in half the Parmesan. Season with black pepper. Thin with 1-2 tbsp water if needed.
