  • 8 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (cut small)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ¼ cup onion (finely diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter (for the dish)

How to Make It

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9x9 or 9x13 baking dish.

    Steam or blanch broccoli for 2 minutes until just tender but still bright green. Pat dry.

    Whisk eggs and cream together. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Scatter broccoli, onion, garlic, and 1 cup cheddar evenly in the buttered dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over everything.
