- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups broccoli florets (cut small)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ¼ cup onion (finely diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter (for the dish)
How to Make It

Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9x9 or 9x13 baking dish.

Steam or blanch broccoli for 2 minutes until just tender but still bright green. Pat dry.

Whisk eggs and cream together. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Scatter broccoli, onion, garlic, and 1 cup cheddar evenly in the buttered dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over everything.

Bake 30–35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.
