- 1 lb flank steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
- 4 cup broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
How to Make It

Toss beef with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Marinate 15 minutes.

Mix remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, broth, sugar, and 1 tbsp cornstarch for the sauce.

Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water 2 minutes. Drain.

Stir-fry beef in very hot wok in batches until browned. Remove.

Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds. Add broccoli and toss 1 minute.

Return beef. Pour in sauce and toss until thickened and glossy. Finish with sesame oil.
